Once again the Church Plant Stall will be open at the Arlington Bluebell Walk.
This year the walk opens earlier than ever, on 2nd April, and the plant stall is open in the refreshments barn for the duration. Come along and browse the selection of home grown plants while you have a cup of tea. There are reference books at the stall so you can check details of the plants and many of the volunteers will be able to advise you.
Also on the stall will be beautiful wildlife and flower themed embroideries by Jill Church. All funds raised go towards the upkeep of this historic village church.
Do visit the church while you are in the area - it is a short walk from the bluebell walk at the far end of Tye Hill Lane (when you reach the Yew Tree pub on your left, turn right to find the church) - open during daylight hours.
Full details of the Bluebell Walk are on the website http://www.bluebellwalk.co.uk

Road closure
Apparently the road through Arlington village is closed (actually closed, not 'closed') until Wednesday 27th Jan for water mains works. You can access the church from the Berwick direction. There is a diversion from the Hailsham direction via Tye Hill Lane.
